Our scheduled maintenance has been completed and the application has resumed full functionality.

During this time, TeamSense will be inaccessible and unable to send or receive messages. You can expect the following:

  • Employees attempting to text or call to report their absence will not receive a response from the system. (Note that our team will maintain records of an attempt to text into TeamSense, so please reach out to our Support team in the event you require proof of attempted call-off.)
  • Employees will not be able to open any form/survey, nor access the Portal.
  • Administrators and Team Leaders will not be able to access the dashboard, nor receive notifications.
  • Communicate messages scheduled to send during this period will be queued and delayed until after the maintenance period has ended.
