Maintenance complete, TeamSense is back

Scheduled maintenance has finished and TeamSense is available again. All services are operating normally.

Messages scheduled through Communicate during the window are now being delivered. If an employee attempted to text or call in an absence while we were down, our Support team can confirm the attempt on request.

Thank you for your patience.

Maintenance ended

Maintenance extended to 4:30 AM ET

The database upgrade is progressing well and the first version step has completed and been validated. We are proceeding with one further step and now expect to finish by 4:30 AM ET (1:30 AM PT), about 30 minutes beyond the original window.

TeamSense remains unavailable until then. Employees who text or call to report an absence should continue to use your standard backup call-off process. We keep a record of every attempt, so contact Support if you need proof of a call-off. Messages scheduled through Communicate will queue and send once maintenance ends.

We will post again when the application is back.

TeamSense will undergo scheduled maintenance for a database upgrade on Wednesday, July 22, from 1:00 to 4:00 AM ET (Tuesday, July 21, 10:00 PM to 1:00 AM PT). During this window the application will be unavailable and cannot send or receive messages:

  • Employees who text or call to report an absence will not get a response. Please have them follow your standard backup call-off process. We keep a record of every attempt to reach TeamSense, so contact Support if you need proof of a call-off.
  • Forms, surveys, and the Portal will be inaccessible.
  • Administrators and Team Leaders cannot access the dashboard or receive notifications.
  • Messages scheduled through Communicate will queue and send once maintenance ends. Nothing is lost.

We expect to finish within the window and will post updates here.
